The day she resigned her governorship I don't recall hearing one person say something to the effect of, "Aww, that's too bad." This was in Anchorage, by the way. My mother is conservative and doesn't really like her. My dad has met with her many times and doesn't really like her either. But we agree that she's not presidential material.
