That symbol is way older than Nazi version of it. Used by many nations all around the world for thousands of years it's not worth even discussing its use in BC. Just follow the link posted by the fuzz and read about it.

If you came into India as Khwarezmian general, then it is normal to see that flag. It's not a flag of Khwarezmian rebel, but of Indian rebels. There is no issue.
