I put to you the reccomendation that the Archbishop of Canterbury, His Grace Axel Daamsgard be made a Cardinal in the electoral college of the Holy See.

He has shown great commitment to this state and the Church, he has shown the ability of a firm, strong yet kind hand to the nation.

I also send a gift of 20 Gold Talents (20,000 Florins) as a continuation of England's commitment to the Catholic Church and Rome's supremacy.
