Kingdoms update fail

Hi,

I have MTW2 Gold (kingdoms) and have been playing for many years on my old computer.
Now I have invested in a new one with win7 and installed vanilla. I have downloaded the 1.5 patch from Gamersgate (where I purchased the game) and run the install. It tells me its succesfully installed but when i play the game and go into "options", it tells me that its still version 1.03.

I tried running the 1.5 patch install again but it keeps telling me that it is already installed.

Can anyone help me with this problem, please?

Did you check Options in one of the Kingdoms campaigns? They will be at least 1.4.

hi irishron,

thanx for your reply. in my kingdoms campaigns it tells me 1.05. does that mean that my mtw2 is at version 1.5?

It maens Medieval2 is 1.3, as high as it got patched. You need the 1.03 patch installed to install Kingdoms.
It also means Kingdoms is 104 and its patch is 1.05.
It means you are patched and reay to play.
