I have been defeted by an army full of Elephants , what is the weaknesses of that creature

Javelinmen are superior to elephants, archers are far less effective than javelinmen but are still not bad, though.

those archers are good vs Elephants , I do not gave them attention

Exactly, mounted javelineers are my favourite versus elephants. Foot javelins are too slow and get stomped by the elephants.

It is very effective to launch an invaion in the hindu country's as oman. Especially with 6 javalin cavalry.

I don't recommend to use javalinman only to kill elephants. They are very strong against elephants, but lack the mobility, defence power and range to destroy them. Although it is the best alternative for javalin cavalry if you can't recruit them.
If you can recruit javalin cavalry, use them to kill the elephants. They are faster than elephants, so the elephants can't engage them in close combat.
