    Dedicated and nice as he is, I don't see him conributing anything to the site. He posts a lot of one-liners, spams quite frequently, he doesn't control the English language that well, doesn't really contribute that much to the TW community (helping a mod is not the same as creating one yourself), is not a great debator etc etc.

    A no from me.

    We have twelve staff, remember. Even if it were still a simple-majority vote, the remaining five could have voted no and tied it, causing him to fail. But it's a two-thirds majority vote now, which means that eight in favor are necessary if we don't have abstentions. Just to keep in mind for next time.
