Hi and first problem
Hi everybody. this is my first post, and hope not the last. first at the top, i'm sorry for my very bad english, i'm mixing my very basci english with google traslator. Well....
I'm tryng to isntall IB:SAI in my steam Rome version, but not work. I have installed on C:/Progran files/steam/steamapps/common/rome total war gold/BI .. is that correct?. whe i try to execute the desktop direct link, a message pop up saying me this is not a valid win32 application.

It sounds like you have installed the mod into the incorrect folder.
Firstly you need an freash vanilla RTW and BI folders.
Second, you need to install the 3 Part SAI Install into your RTW folder. If installed correctly it should work.

thanks Juliannus, well, i have installed the SPQR mod for Rome, i think they are not compatible?

No they are not. Again you must have a clean version of RTW and BI for any IB mods to work.

i installed the three parts and works but it just have one campaign :/
where are the others?

You have to install them separately. You will see them in the campaign folders contained within the Options folder.

Install them into your SAI folder.
