Why can't you try learning yourself? If you don't understand how to do it even after looking at map tutorials, then just wait patiently. Presently, your Middle East Total War mod seems to be going in the same direction as your MIITW mod, where all you are doing is ordering others to do your work and not doing any of the modding yourself. And no, researching is not a modding skill. There are plenty of modding skills to choose to learn. Try learning one of those. If you can not learn any modding skill for RTW, then face the fact that you are not a RTW modder, just a researcher. Please do not take offense to this, this is only some constructive criticism.
