Dear Curia as in the last days a lot of persons were appointed to Opifex, I would like appoint one more person: husserlTW.

Since the first times that I've come to the forums that I see him as great modder, he is known for his researches in the map of empire, he was the first person to find out how to add more slots to cities without the need of replace other and as also gave a great help in the process of how to add more towns and ports, without mention that without him our knowledge of files like startpos.esf wouldn't be much.

He's work is big such as in quality as in quantity, plus he is the writer of the most viewed tutorials for ETW and NTW.
He as send me a list with his entire work, I think that it speaks for it self:

Now this is a modder who's work is not only very complicated, but it is extremely 'exceptional'.

One of the few greats of the Warscape engine who has made modding it what it is today and very worthy of this award.

Even I as non active Empire/Napoleon section visitor (due to me not beign able to play Empire for half a year now caus emy pc broke) I have heard and had contact with him

I also noticed his work, and I agree with Mitch that this guy brought exceptional contributions so a support from me as well.

100% support. It should be noted that the first tutorial linked there is the equivalent of a mapping manual for E/NTW. Without it we wouldn't be able to make half the changes we do.
