Lithuania 6.4 problems

Hello! So as the title says, i have a few minor problems with my Lithuania campaign in SS 6.4. At the beginning when i conquered new territories i could recruit that territory specific units, like Prussian axemen or Magyar cavalry etc. Then, sometime into the game, 60-70 turns or so, all of those units disappeared from training selection so i thought that maybe it was just the way it was supposed to be. Also, when i upgraded my first castle to the fortress i was able to recruit Regular spearmen. Then recently I tried reinstalling SS because of model problems(empty armor for some units(later figured out that the cause of this was the unit detail set on low to minimize the lag)) and when i loaded my savegame, i could recruit all those non-lithuanian units again and Lithuanian regular spearmen were gone form training selection. So my question is:what is the problem here and what could be done to fix it. Campaign is set on early, savage, BGRII, perm arrows and watchtowers.

Do you have RE enabled?You probaly had it on then turned it off again.

Indeed switching it on and off seems to make this happen. Even though i don't remember ever messing with this setting in particular... Anyway, thank you for your help
