How to add titles to Characters?

Does anyone know how I could add titles to my characters? I just want like a generic title, like I want every spanish character to have "Don" in front of his name. Like Don Vaasco. I just thought it may make things a bit more realistic. Now I know about the unpacker, however I had trouble using it, so i have been using the retrofit mods files to edit my game. Does anyone remedy for my troubles?

If you want to change a name of a character that already exists at the start of the game you could go to descr.stat file and change it there.

Open the file in notepad, look for Spain, then find Vaasco and type out a title in front of his name. You'll have to do that before starting a new campaign and I'm not 100% sure if this will work. If the campaign won't start after you've changed Vaasco's name (ie. added him a title) then unfortunately it doesn't work and you'll have to set everything in descr.stat file back to default. Try it and see if it works.
