    Icon5 Animating arrows?

Hi, im working on a mod but also in a presentation film for this mod,. Then in many videos or war films i´ve watched a map in red (example) in a corner and in the other corner a lot of arrows in blue color. Begin the animation and the blue arrows move and surround the enemy and continue winning and of course the land they have conquered it turns blue.
You can advise me how to make this nice effect and which programs you recommend?
    thanks
Si la aventura de España me costara 100.000 hombres no lo intentaría pero no serán más de 12.000.

What you describe is a project involving layer based compositing with animation. There are a number of compositing applications you can utilize for the primary task. Those might include: Adobe After Effects, Autodesk Composite (part of Maya and Max I believe), The Foundry's Nuke or possibly Adobe Flash (depending what you're after). I believe CineFX is a free solution. You'll need to have access to one of those and learn to use it.

Either way, you'll also need Photoshop or similar to create image assets to import into the composite application and possibly a vector based drawing app (if that functionality doesn't exist elsewhere) for your graphic overlays. I haven't done any motion graphics work in a number of years, so I don't know how various applications have evolved (used to use Combustion, which Autodesk killed off). However, you'll likely need to make use of multiple applications in order to create content and then build the animation along a timeline in the compositing program.

Hope that helps for a start. Your best friend is going to be some sort of motion graphics instruction text with exercises.
