infinite CTD
I have attempted several configurations of video settings but i keep getting CTD in first battle with rome vs hannibal. Why? I tried setting shaders on and high detail off but still CTD. Fix? And where do i get the crash report at?(i selected it at launcher)

If you use alex.exe its cause of a formations problem with the alex.exe (RTW bug) which casues CTD on ambushed battles...do not move the army and let Hannibal go away after first turn...solved...Originally Posted by waidizss
If you wanna fight look in the RTW/data/_IMPORTANT_STUFF/ALTERNATE_FORMATIONS_AI/DEFAULT_ALEX_ONLY folder and copypaste the descr_formations_ai.txt file into the modfolder you play
And keep using UNIT SHADERS ON or you will have endless CTDs

I...did it! Been playing almost without any crashes since yesterday!
