I'm playing Divine Wind and I currently have an obsession with wanting to form Germany. Does anyone have any faction suggestions (and tips) for fulfilling this obsession?

Any faction that makes money. Theres a few that are merchant republics if I remember correctly....

But they only have 4 provinces, and I strongly believe that bohemia has something against them.

Ah, but at the start, Brandenburg is in a union under Luxembourg. They can't declare war if I'm right.

I may recommend Bavaria, since they are second largest.

Hansa would be the quickest to form Germany I would imagine.
Teutonic Order -> Prussia -> Germany would also do well.

I would recommend Brandenburg->Prussia.

Has Prussian as a national culture so you can form Prussia and get some of the sweet decisions for discipline, and also lets you form royal marriages, unlike the Teutons.

You could use Bohemia to culture shift and form it.

Burgundy's a good choice. They start off in a good position, you can invade from everywhere. Austria too, depending on when you start.
