    Default Permanent Arrows .. always permanent even when disabled ??

    it seems even if i disable the permanent arrow option in the 'run setup' application the game still runs as if it's turned on. What's up with that? really annoying since it can slow down a big battle quite a bit.

    6.4, EE and LE only thing checked is Savage AI.
