I am in no way claiming the person I played against was bad, just high lighting some of the mistakes he made such as in correctly using his cavalry, not putting archers into loose formation when there taking fire and of course breaking the most important rule, not keeping your general close enough to the battle.

and yes I like small funds battles. better control over units and less chaos!
