I am thinking on how to increase my Princess Charm except for diplomatic ways?
Is there other way to increase her charm?

How do I get rid of Pagan Magician. I have a General keep on besieging rebel towns but my own cardinal is on the army but I still got the Pagan Magician ancillary. I really dont like Inquisitors

I believe the Pagan magician is one of these ancillaries that pop up rather randomly. I was in the middle of a Milan campaign and almost every single family member had one.

In terms of charm... not really much I know about that. Diplomacy seems to be the best way. Then hope you don't get Secret Lover ancillary
