Does CA owe me 780 dollars?

So the way I figure is I bought my copy of Total War and based off the recommendations on the box it says they recommend a DX11 graphics card. Not owning any other DX11 games I bought one for Shogun 2. Imagine my surprise to find that not only is there no DX11 but no AA either. Really, did I not just pay for a product that advertises these features on the box? The way I figure maybe CA owes me the cost of my card+game for false advertising. No where on or in my box does it say this will be patched in and I can't return my card now as it was bought online.

Especially when he can possibly already play it with something a billion times cheaper, assuming what he had before couldn't play it which i find unlikely.

Maybe some of u guys think im dumb or something because i upgraded for shogun but the tw series are my best game to date so spending 4k on a new computer for that game is no big deal for me .

I had i7 950 6 gig ddr 1333 gtx 295 and lg lcd 23inc

I upgraded for shogun2 to i7 2600k 8gig ddr 2000 580gtxscx2 mobo p67a ud7 27inc 1ms viewsonic corsair case and corsair ax1200 psu every component is top of the line .

And? My box says it's the game, it's recommended as a requirement. It was not posted on or in the box that it is not available with purchase. The screenshots also show the use of AA, I don't have AA in my game. What say CA? Where is the EULA does it say I can't expect everything advertised on the box?

When did you buy this card? You say it was written on the STW2 box that Dx11 was recommended, so I assume you purchased the card after Shogun 2 came out. However, the developers revealed that DX 11 had been delayed prior to release.

I recently purchased the card based off the box recommendations. If the box was incorrect, CA should have had vendors pull it from the shelves. It's illegal to use false advertising in sales.
