we've seen dlc's, we've seen silly expansions, now ............... new way to squeeze some bucks from your pockets.

annoyed of having only one track over and over well, you want more BUY IT !!!

this can't get more low, i mean god we get buggy game, the support (no comment), no tools, for many like me wich loved the past CA's game musics (specialy kingdoms expansion) with wide variety and beauty, now we get one and you must pay for the rest !

i'm worried with how this is going, you buy for 50$ and you get just a portion of what the game should deliver than you get charged with more and more and at the end its like you bought 2 copies just to get your game reasonably complete.

buy:

- Dlc's (dont worry they'll appear soon, your wallets arent safe)
- "STW 2 brandy guide"
- OST (music wich should be on the game but....)

well i'm bit irritated maybe overreacting but argh......... now even selling the music

I have nothing against this really.

I personally dont like either of the soundtracks but if they were selling the soundtrack for Rome and i wasnt aware that the tracks could be extracted from the game files id buy them.

The soundtrack came free on separate CD with Gold Edition anyway. I love Rome's soundtrack.

Are you trying to tell me that they're selling a soundtrack composed of songs that's not in the game? Otherwise I don't really see a problem.

I kinda see where you are coming from, but I dunno man it's just a game soundtrack.

You should see what my old HS is doing these days haha. They record EVERYTHING that happens (board meetings, sporting events, guest speakers, musicals, etc) and then has them available for purchase either in a MP4 video or DVD format on the school homepage.

They also opened an official school photo site where you can purchase prints of random school related things.

what about fix the games you bought? and the promises they made ?

shouldnt the priority be fixing the game they sell, instead of pushing it back and find a new way to squeeze more money of it?i mean fine if people want spent money but it wont make the game better or fixed, game still broken !this is deja vu ............ sadly (can seen this game going like empire, never get properly fixed and than new game announcement)

I dont see how selling cds gets in the way of fixing the game at all.

The people that are fixing the game have nothing to do with these, neither could they be of any use whatsoever.

"Your a programmer/graphic designer/animator? Come with me, we have music cds to sell"

Look, I don't want to be that guy but it's not like the programmers are the ones in charge of printing soundtracks and writing guides.

Movies and Games both use music to add to the atmosphere of their setting, and by that my comparion is just. The Hitman serie own a lot of its atmosphere to the music made by really talented composers.

again i never said music was DLC, read the first post again before make such statement. we've plenty of fanboyism bashes of death !!! and the laugh works for both sides, special when someone discovers a big flaw or annoying game breaking bug and theres trillion jumping to deny it. in democracy free speech and complaints aren't hate, at least not on this world.

The reason, why the soundtrack is soll seperately are that not everyone, who enjoy the game/movie, want the soundtrack. Is it really that hard to understand?

I got the whole Shogun - Medieval - Rome set with Total War Eras and I wasn't disappointed. CA used to do this already so...

Are you trying to say the music they're selling isn't in the game? Because that is just ridiculous. That's what an OST is, music from the game (or movie), not ''music which should be on the game". Movie soundtracks have been sold like this for a while now.

Besides, the soundtrack in Shogun 2 is great, it's Jeff van Dyck for God's sake. You're definitely overreacting. The game has lots of issues that need to be adressed asap, but the soundtrack is already done, it has nothing to do with slowing down patches.
