    Default One man mod?

Hi, new to the forums. Been reading them for years but never really felt like I had anything to contribute.

So I've been playing Total War since the original Medieval (Shogun was a bit before my time) and at this point I would like to get into modding. I've played several mods before. I am enrolled in university for game design. Although my focus is modeling and animation, I have a decent amount of programming experience at this point. And I finally feel like I have the skill set to pull off a mod of my own. I have an idea. But is a mod a one man job? Can I do it by myself or is the scope just too large?

It depends on whay you want to have in it. ive you want to make completly new units, make new scripts etc. and you are working one you own, it almost impossible. simple, basic to advanced scripting can be done alone with some experience. however making new units alone, is alot and really alot of work. but there are alot of free, and great models to use on twcenter as long as you credit te creator. however i am a one man modder. the link to my mod is located in my signature

Depends on the scope of the mod, how many aspects of modding you have skills at and how much free time (and sleep time) you're willing to use.
