    Default Population Growth

Been searching around a bit for how to increase pop growth slightly in 6.4, and have found several threads, all of which pointing to either the EDB or
    http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=253598

However, me being as stupid as I am, I have no idea what to edit and how it would affect this ss 6.4 version in particular. There seems like a lot of options, and I fear some may or may not break the game more than others.

So, anyone played around with this and found something that works? I'm talking slight increase in overall growth, not as huge as in vanilla, but also so big that it is possible to reach fortresses/cities within roughly the same time as the AI does, as at the moment, I'm always way behind. Can anyone HLEP?

i would recommend asking in the mod workshop... more likely to get a fast and accurate answer there... I usually just edit some of the buildings in the EDB if I am going to change those settings...

I also think you need Notepad++ if you are to edit those files that you linked...

yes, I've left EDB as is for now, and only adjusted down the pip_modifier for squalor in castles and cities by .1.
I could still use suggestions though. I will make a thread there now, so thanks for that =)

I just keep the taxes low, build farms and bakehouses first, and try to keep governors in the cities and I usually get to big cities before the AI.

Ah, nice. Good to help someone even in my own confusion. I think I have "cracked" this problem though (read: edited some stuff randomly, seems to work).
What mod are you working on?

Wow, that looks really awesome. Loving the path-system and shadow factions. Anyway, western history is so much more awesome than that of the middle east. so it's about time!
