Can you tell other factions not to cross your border?

i was playing scipii and i failed to assasinate one brutii. then they canceled alliance and said to me to leave his lands.

... can i do same and say to him to leave mine?

this may be stupid but no, the ai can trample all your land and you cant do anything about but if you go into there lands they are like get the :wub: out

I think can... but if the AI sends army to my land, I would bribe them and return them back to them!
