Weird glich with negotiation and pre battle pop up.

I just got kingdoms 2 I have played rome total war but in this one I am not seeing words that are vital in negotiations and I don't see words some words when you send you troops into the enemy city here are a couple pics. It does not show the mouse but you can kind of see where the mouse is in the first one the mouse is over the third action for the attack on the village and on the second one the mouse is over the middle action.

In this photo is the negotiation options in which there are no options at all when there should be some.

Can someone help me with this problem I can not find anything else on this issue.

Rebels? If I remember right, there is no negotiating with rebels, hence the screen you're looking at.

the negotiation is not for the rebels that is for the holy roman empire. Its enemy's is the Rebels

The York Village is the Rebel base and I can't see which one is to keep it at siege or to attack the base I go over the marker for each one and nothing comes up to say which is which.

Yes, and I don't remember my last computer fried so I had to install it to a different computer most likely either walmart or gamestop

Have you tried installing the Kingdoms 1.05 patch?

no not yet were can I find a link for that, and do I need to download all the other patches first? since I haven't gotten to download all of them only just started 1.2

1.2 and 1.3 are installed with Kingdoms.

Thank you Irish I am thinking it was something with the disk just being old and with the 1.3 download its working fine now, I'll stay at 1.3 for now I might upgrade not really planning on playing online don't have that much time on me.
