Internet Disconnects

This applies to Empire, too.

Whenever I open up NTW or ETW, and try to play an online game, the internet disconnects. Occasionally I get it to work long enough that I can see a list of games appear on the Battle List, but as soon as I try and join them, the game tells me that Steam isn't open, or that there was a "disconnect". Anyone got a solution for this?

1. Check your permissions through your security/firewall/router.
2. Contact Steam support. If your permissions are set right, the ball is in their park.
