Armour level and armour bonus

Hello again,
I have a simple question.

I would like to upgrade armour in blacksmith, gives more armour bonus.
Look, it simple example:

       leather_tanner city requires factions { northern_european, middle_eastern, eastern_european, greek, southern_european, } 
        {
            convert_to 0
            capability
            {
                armour 1
            }
            material wooden
            construction  4 
            cost  1200 
            settlement_min town
            upgrades
            {
                blacksmith
            }
        }

When I upgrade for example, peasants archer or peasants to 1 armour level, their defence increased by one point. I would like incerase defense point by two for 1 blaksmith level.
Simply, I want to improve on one point in blacksmith, the defense units increased by two points.

Where I can change it?

You can't really do what you are asking. You can do something nearly the same in EDU, by stating the same level twice. Read Here for details.

One upgrade already counts for ~2 armor, it just shows as 1 - So you don't need to do anything
