Can't load from Launcher.

I get these errors.

Error1/3=You don't have Roma Surrectum II installed in the correct folder. (C:\Program Files\Activision\Rome - Total War\Roma Surrectum II)
Error2/3=Engine: RomeTW-BI.exe, Faction campaign: -mod:play_rome
Error3/3=In total: 'RomeTW-BI.exe -mod:play_rome -show_err -nm -movie_cam'

OS is Windows XP Service Pack 3.

Version of R:TW is Barbarian Invasion 1.6.

No Steam.

Install path is C:\Program Files\Activision\Rome - Total War\Roma Surrectum II

Used the basic launcher set up. Open it, select Rome, press 'Press Roma Surrectum II'. Steam: NO. Nothing else changed.

I don't know why it tells me it's installed in the wrong folder...that's the only folder I have Rome: Total War in. It tried to install Roma Surrectum II into The Creative Assembly, but I directed it to Activision, where my game is installed.

(I'm going to bed - I'll check this in a bit. I hope someone answers quickly, please.)

It seems you installed RS2 to a separate folder inside the RTW folder. You must install into the RTW folder itself. Copy and paste all contents of "..\Roma Surrectum II" into the "Rome - Total War" folder. If that doesn't work, reinstall correctly.

You need to read the install instructions in the Release Thread.

I thought the installation directions said to install it into a subfolder. Alright, I'll copy it directly into the R:TW folder, if that doesn't work, I'll do a full reinstall. Thanks much for the help.

-EDIT- That worked. Now I just wish I could figure out how to use the give_trait console commands with Rome. Someone said you have to add a letter to the end of their names or something? I don't even understand. Anyways, thanks for the help.
