Crash when trying to install

I have searched on these forums for a while but I can't seem to find somebody with the same problem. I download the mod just fine but when I run the installer it crashes on the user agreement page, help would be appreciated.

Make sure UAC is turned off in Windows 7 or Vista.

Thank you for the advice but it still crashes on the first installer window.

Ensure you have patch 1.5 for your clean install of Rome. Reread the install directions if that doesn't work.

I get this screen whenever I start it up.

Terms of use sounds like an UAC problem. Check your UAC again. Otherwise, I can't help you. See if Powerslave will respond if you can't figure it out.
