"Killer" trait

In my current campaign, one of my Kislev generals got the "Talented Killer" trait. The description said: "This Dark Elf assassin has a talent that is very much appreciated by Druchii". Effects were, per description, +2 to cruelty (I don't know what that is) and +2 to personal security.

Obviously, a Kislevite general should not be getting traits of a Dark Elf Assassin. Additionally, I checked it out in the files, and the actual effect is Chivalry -1 and personal security +2.
