    Icon3 Digged up a save from way back in 2006, turns out the Celts conquered almost whole Europa!

    I was reviewing my old save games and knew somewhere I had a saved file of a campaign in which the Celts were the powerful warlords of all time... They managed to almost take over everything know as Europe today. I played the Goths and used a cheat then to fund my armies which you will be able to see in the spoiler below:

    Above you see at the corner to the left in the screen a map showing how much the Celts have conquered of the European mainland.

    Here you see me playing as the Goths with little to no funds to pay of my army, I can't win this or can I push those damn Celts back?


    My question would you play this campaign through and push those Celts back? Or not even start on it as its impossible?
    One of the few to still have his first avatar in place here on TWC.

    There's this guy who beat back the Timurids in med2 after letting them take over the world while he was camping in Scotland.
    Celts < Timurids, so technically it should be possible.
    My one-year-old AAR is updated. Have a look.

    This aint hard at all. Once they expand too much their economy will run down and you'll have your chance at taking a big chunk of their territory and so will everyone else.
