Town and Castle editing

Is there a way to edit anything in the town/castle menu?

For example is there a way to change the text "population" to another word?
Another example is there a way to disable the "show building browser"

Basically I want to know whats mod-able and what's not in the town/castle menu.

You can block the recruitment etc if you want. And all text in the game is changeable atleast almost all.
For that check the 3 text files that are strat.txt, shared.txt or tooltips.txt.

I must ask if it is possible to block the "Show settlement details" button on the bottom of the city/castle menu?
