add a faction-based event

how can add an info text (through an event) at the beggining of a campaign (date 1??) that will only appear to specific factions??

In the campaign_script.txt put:-

monitor_event PreFactionTurnStart FactionIsLocal
	historic_event xyz_123 factions { england, scotland, ireland, }
	terminate_monitor
	end_monitor

Then for the event which is xyz_123 open the historic_events.txt in the data\text folder and put:-

{XYZ_123_BODY}blah blah blah & more blah blah blah lol
{XYZ_123_TITLE}Your Title Goes here

BUT i wrote what you told me and it doesn't appear:

and historic_events.txt

The historic event should be in capital letters inside the {} brackets.
