    Default Where to begin?

    Hey guys I just downloaded the pack file manager to start modding events/missions and now I am completely lost as to where to began, way more difficult than rome to mod by the looks of it lol.

    I have searched the forum for tutorials for for the most part of my day and I cant seem to find out how to start off. If anyone can help me out it would be much appreciated.
