Default Napoleon diplomacy in Empire? is it possible??

I was just wandering if theres anyway to mod Napoleons diplomacy system into Empire or the loot, occupy or liberate option when you take a a settlement, or is that all hardcoded. Just wandering cause of a mod a want to make to give more personality to ETW.

Or is it possible to Mod in the Empire campaign into Napoleon. I read somewhere that the campaign maps on NTW cant be changed.

I'm quit interested to know this too.
Field Marshal Horatio Herbert Kitchener, 1st Earl Kitchener KG, KP, GCB, OM, GCSI, GCMG, GCIE, ADC, PC (24 June 1850 – 5 June 1916), was an Irish-born British Field Marshal and proconsul who won fame for his imperial campaigns and later played a central role in the early part of the First World War, although he died halfway through it.

I am nearly positive that it is impossible to change given the resources currently available to modders.

That would be cool, or maybe the screen that comes up after you have captured a region (peacefully occupy, raid(?) and (sometimes) release)
Mod in progress: Knights of the Black Diamond (sp + ETW)
    Danzig mod (europa universalis)

Walk into Mordor? I can riverdance into Mordor!
    (well, it was suicide anyway!)
