Good Day everyone I am just thinking whats the best pattern in building Cities and Castles,, Also Region Advices like what guild should I put on specific Cities on every region especially using Moors faction,,

Why don´t you just do what you prefer yourself.
I like to place plenty of castles along borders I intend to keep or at important chokepoints and have cities in regions with plenty of trade opportunities - to put it simple.

Just in case have atleast one castle in each region. For example like one in Iberia, one in Gallia, one in british isles and so on. You may also want to have one or few castles near your battlefront for few reasons, better logistics and deffensive positions.

But leave regions with a lot of trading goods expecially if they have a sea cost as cities. For example, having Palermo as a castle in later game is a waste most of the time.

Ow.. I see I thought letting Palermo a castle until the last game is useful i can intercept enemy crossing from italy to africa
