MTW2:Kingdoms trouble!

Hi, I've been having a problem with Kingdoms.
Mainly..I can't even get the window up to install the game. I was able to install MTW2 perfectly fine and it works great.
But When I insert the Kingdoms disc into the drive to install it next, the autorun says:
"Run blank.exe" In the spot where I normally click when installing a game.
But when I do, a black screen quickly pops up then goes away then nothing. I've had this problem since the day I got the game used, so I don't know if maybe the last person who had it did something or what.
Anybody know what to do?
