How to start Darthmod correctly

Question ive already downloaded 8.0 and 8.1 and when i go t play a campaign it says select an item from this list and it wont play an of the campaigns or battles. i was wondering if you need to start DM some other way instead of starting up vanilla in order to fix this problem

Ok, try this:
Uninstall everything
Re-install vanilla ONLY, and patch it to 1.5
start a campaign, play a few turns and battles to make sure it works
then install DM 8.0+8.1

see if that fixes it.
