Default brainwave for a submod or something

Ok, I remember playing SPQR total war and the winnage incarnate that the Spartans were. My thoughts drifted towards the Pedites and Equites Domescii. They take 4 turns to recruit and you don't start with any as far as I can tell, so you probably won't be seeing them till the late game. So, I propose a submod or something that gives them 3 HP and loads of attack and defensive skill, just because it would be awesome
Just to clarify, this is not supposed to be balanced, but fun. Imagine the final defence of Rome, with maybe four units of these, killing hordes of barbarians...
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
What have the Romans ever done for us?? apart from better sanitation and medicine and education and irrigation and public health and roads and a freshwater system and baths and public order... what have the Romans done for us?
    Some of my favourite quotes:
"Your god has yet to prove himself more merciful than his predecessors" ~ Hypatia, as represented in the film 'Agora'
"If you choose to do nothing, they will continue to do this again and again, until there is no-one left in the city, no people for this governement to govern"

don't like the idea at all, it even sounds ridiculous....but you don't need a submod, just change their stats in the edu files and that's it.

Well, in fact you do start with some of these units, see SBH's post your screen shots thread.

Also if Julianus, in the 355AD campaign gains Ravenna he not only gains the whole Italian Peninsula but some pretty heavy guard troops in Rome as well.
