Do you need to enter Admin password everytime with UAC on?

Turn off UAC completely, its more hassle than It's worth especially if you play mods.

Can't do that. I can play the game without having to enter Admin password though it asked for it.

My political activism made a target of hacker from time to time. I wouldn't want to make their job easier if I couldn't ensure my PC safety and privacy.

Nah I did not. All I did was answering your question

Umm against manual hacking there's no foolproof security against that. And I always use best security application though best is relative.. I mean even NASA and other US govt institutions get hacked from time to time and they don't exactly equip themselves with on the shelves 50 bucks security app.

you don't have to turn off UAC completely to change your individual settings to allow your access to SS just change administrative options for that program alone.

That is dependent upon how u have your own computer setup. Stainless Steel and any game for that matter won't dictate to your computer what access control is put upon it. If you're having problems, go to your system configuration and turn it off. And if you can't access UAC settings at all, do a google search on how to do so.

Umm you misunderstood me I was asking whether the mod would change that.

Anyway it seems I don't need to log into Admin account at all. That window popping asking for password is now gone and never appear. I've added the mod to steam and I can conveniently switch between the vanilla and SS6.4 through steam which is great.

Aaarrr will be fun. There are actually quite many people still playing Medieval 2 online which is great of course.
