Where is the title...oeo?

It seems that no matter how many turns i wait in a settlement the governor doesn't receive the region title...It has never occurred to me before.Let me be more specific some turns before i married my princess to a genovese family member who already was signore of Milan...When captured Milan and then Genoa I put my faction leader as a governor and he still doesn't have the title.Is it a bug?

Does he already have a title from another city? There is a limit of one title per general... also, are you sure no-one else have the title?

He only has Bern and yes no one else has the title...at least not from my faction...Its the fisrt time that this is happening.Plus non of my other generals has acquired any new title so far only those before i married the general from genoa

You can transfer the titles manually, though, so you can have more than one per general. The game just won't do it by itself.
