Let's say I wanted to create a new local effect, like when you recruit something from a building, is it possible? Let's say, just for the argument, that I wanted to create ""morale_bonus_local" as an effect.
I guess I'd have to edit:
effects_tables
effect_bonus_value_basic_junction_tablesCode:"morale_bonus_local" "data/ui/campaign ui/effect_bundles/effect_army.tga" 562
and the location file for a description.Code:"morale_bonus_local" "morale_land"
But would it work properly, and not give a global bonus?Anyone done this sort of thing before?
EDIT: And where does an effect get designated in the first place as a global or local effect?
