    is there a mod for RomeTotalWar in which you play in the scenario of the Second Worldwar?

    No. Its impossible to do a mod in thar period due to the limitations of the RTW engine.

    And moved to the modification and conversion projects forum.

    You can't do air power, you can't do explosive (unless you create a whole unit dedicated to them), it's really hard to do the projectiles, etc. etc.

    Short answer no there isnt long answer there isnt because the RTW engine simply cannot be succesfuly altered this way.
