Warhammer Universe VS Tolkienn's Universe

well i was kind of wondering in open warfare who would win?

This topic has been discussed before, but since it has been a while, I'm sure it'll be ok now (last time it got a little out of hand).

To be honest, in terms of raw military might of the 'mortal' (I use this term loosely for the Warhammer Chaos faction), I'd say the Warhammer factions since they have numbers, more advanced weaponry, and sheer aggressiveness. The Warhammer battles are absolutely massive, each skirmish dwarfing the largest battles of Middle Earth (e.g. Minas Tirith, Pelennor Fields, etc.). Sauron may have an army of about 150,000 orcs in Gondor alone, but the size of a Chaos invasion of the Empire is usually 5-6 times that size, with many, many, many more around the rest of the Warhammer World.

The Gods would be a different story, however, as the Middle Earth Valar are said to be just as mighty and epic as the Warhammer Gods. That would at least be a draw, and at most a very large and difficult battle.

ya its really hard to judge one fantasy world against the other, and people will bias their opinion. soo ya kinda pointless b/c theres no way to actually judge them. its also keen to point out that tolkien is dead so his fantasy stopped growing. the makers of warhammer are not dead and their fantasy is expanding.
