    Default how to get all the late unit fast?

    i hate to start a new game and whit for the late unit.is there a way to get them right from the start for all the fac' and have like a "deathmacth"? i traid to edit the years per turn to have like 10 years a turn but its not do the job.the game advance on its own time line so insted haveing them in 1500 ill get them in like 1700.
    there must be a way(mod,editing etc)

    Remove the event lines in the EDB and cheat.

    What irishron is saying is, open up your export_descr_buildings.txt (EDB) file, then change, e.g.,

    Code:
    recruit_pool "Musketeers"  1   0.5   4  0  requires factions { spain, portugal, milan, venice, }  and event_counter gunpowder_discovered 1
    into

    Code:
    recruit_pool "Musketeers"  1   0.5   4  0  requires factions {  spain, portugal, milan, venice, }
    and do that for every single applicable recruit_pool line in there.
