so ive been trying some basic editing but i keep getting a ctd but i have no idea whats causing it or why..i have a system log at the ready..infact 2 logs (editing 2 mods) help on what i have done wrong on either would be lovely Attachment 153311

so even knowing what folder i messed up in would be nice

Download and install Notepad++.
In it, open the export_desc_buildings.txt.
Go down to line 1337 and across to line 174, and you have your error.

Why?

Expected faction or culture type, or 'all' - faction or culture type could be wrong; terminate list with comma; enclose list in {}
