Can't find the riders in westfold

I got the gandalf quest but I can't find any, The whole hornburg quest is stuck.


I am even at minas thirith now

Did you keep gandalf in the westfold? cos i think that they appear in gandalf's stack after a number of turns.
Not sure though, wish I could be of more help

just leave gandalf in the west fold for some turns
