Admiral ancillaries

I think you have given the admiral ancillaries to wrong admirals... like for instance: the admiral just south of Tarraco has the ancillary saying he is in charge of protecting the Britain shore (or sth like that). Then Admiral Basiliscus (I remember that one

) who is just north of Spain, has the ancillary saying he is in charge of protecting the African/Mauretanian shore.

well that dont matter i believe. I use boats when i need them. If some region needs boats i simply build some to defend that shore. But one thing must be sad. When you take control of all africa the boats become less important. Them you simply need some boat in the british shores to smash the celts. Or you can do that only in the begining and the problem of north is solved.
