Removing certain units

I was wondering if there was a way to remove certain units from the game, as I am getting tired of the huge bow ashigaru armies that pretty much seem to dominate the game at the moment and how the game would play if it was limited to musketeers, bow heros and bow cavalry.

It causes the AI to recruit balanced unit stacks. That means, no more huge ashigaru armies.
