    Default Changing Admin Costs

Anyone know what file/where to adjust the settings for "Admin Costs"? This is the one item I'd like to change to tweak the economy. If I have 15 provinces, and have to have global tax rate on "normal" (30%) fully half of THAT is lost to admin costs (varies but seems to average out at about 15%). Getting only 15% of the income from each province seems kinda extreme....
    Thanks!

Looks like it might be possible in the "handicap effects tables" ("admin cost" setting there, but all set to "false"), but I assume it would only take affect in a new campaign. Will check it out after I complete my current game. Anyone know if that would apply to human & AI, or just one or the other?

Building Effect Junction and Building global effects.

Two tables that effect admin cost for some buildings at diff levels.

    Thanks!

I experimented some and also just determined that in the db\campaign_variables file, the "tax_efficiency_modifier" line (there are about 5 of them relating to taxes) DIRECTLY impacts the admin cost rate globally. I changed it to "-3" and it lowered admin costs to the level I was looking for. Now I don't need to tweak the economy any further.
