So as Denmark I have the Woodsmans Master Guild and it is supposed to give + 2 exp to archer units.
But it does not work.
Are any other guilds broken like this?

Small glitch that you may be experiencing (This can even happen in vanilla).
If you train a unit, then save, then for some reason reload that save for some point later on, even though you still see that unit cued for recruitment/training, it will not receive any XP ors even armor bonuses like it should.
To avoid this, make training units the very last thing you do before ending your turn, or every time you reload a save delete the units for training and then select them again.
it is a unit type thingie... most archers are defined as skirmishers now because of their auto-positioning benefits on the battle field... there is a fix that changes these settings again so that the "skirmish" archers might be retrained by the guild... look in the sub mods threads for it...![]()
