Building fortifications

Hello everyone,

In Empire: Total War, you are able to construct fortifications (trenches, barricades, etc) on the battle map if your army remains stationary for one turn (I think) on the campaign map.

But is it possible to mod the game to enable fortifications to be build immediately, even if the army which is building them keeps moving? Fortifications add alot of depth to the game for me, but I at the moment I hardly get to use them. I'd really like to be able to build fortifications in custom battles as well.

I have been looking through the game with DBEditor, but no luck yet. I'd be very grateful if someone let me know if either of these changes are possible.

Thanks again Shokh. I found the correct table myself a few days ago, and now I can build them all the time. But thanks alot for the reply anyway.
